• Our team can access your apartment/villa and permits, if any, have been arranged for.
• Our team has access to water and electricity.
• Cabinets/ cupboards have been cleared and items stored safely.
• All areas of the apartment are accessible.
• An appropriate space is provided for our professional to place their materials and equipment.
• Our professional is directed to the garbage chute/trash bin where trash can be thrown.
• Your valuables are stored in a safe location.
